Planning a photoshoot in Havana and have some questions? We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re wondering about photo delivery times, locations, outfit changes, or even makeup artists, this guide has all the answers you need before your session.

📸 How long until I receive my pictures?

We want you to relive your Havana memories as soon as possible! Your edited photos will be delivered within 72 hours. But if it’s your birthday, we’ll send them in 24 hours as a special gift! 🎉

Need your photos even faster? You can upgrade to 24-hour delivery for just $20 extra.

📍 Where do we meet?

Our meeting point is at the entrance of Hotel Inglaterra, right in front of Central Park—a spot that’s easy to find and perfect for starting your Havana adventure!

Need a pickup from your hotel or Airbnb? No problem! We offer pickup for just $10 extra—just let us know in advance.

📍 How many locations will we visit?

Depending on the package you book, we’ll take pictures in 4 to 8 stunning locations around Old Havana and Vedado. Want to go further, like to Miramar? Let’s discuss it beforehand, and we’ll make it happen!

👗 Can I bring an extra outfit?

Absolutely! Bringing a second outfit is a great way to add variety to your photos. If you’d like to bring more than one, let us know in advance—it may depend on the package you choose.

💄 Can I hire a makeup artist?

Yes! We collaborate with some of the best makeup artists in Havana. If you’re interested, let us know, and we’ll connect you with them for a flawless photoshoot look.

👥 Can I book a private session?

Yes! We offer private sessions for a more exclusive experience, or you can join a small group for a more social and budget-friendly option.

🚗 Can you pick me up at my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes! We can pick you up from your stay for just $10 extra. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange a smooth start to your session!

📅 What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

☀️ What happens if it rains?

No worries! If the weather isn’t great, we can reschedule or find beautiful indoor locations to continue the session. Havana has plenty of stunning covered spots for amazing photos!

💳 How do I pay?

You can pay through the platform you booked on or directly with us if we’ve arranged your session privately. You can choose to pay in cash on the day of your session, or if you prefer an online payment, we can send you an invoice—whatever works best for you!
