📸 How long until I receive my pictures?
We usually deliver your edited photos within 72 hours. If it’s your birthday, we’ll send them in 24 hours as a gift! Need them faster? You can upgrade to 24-hour delivery for just $20 extra.
📍 Where do we meet?
Our meeting point is at the entrance of Hotel Inglaterra, right in front of Central Park. Need pickup? We offer hotel/Airbnb pickup for an additional fee—just let us know in advance!
📍 How many locations will we visit?
Depending on the package you book, we’ll take pictures in 4 to 8 stunning locations around Old Havana and Vedado. If you’d like to go further, like to Miramar, let’s discuss it beforehand!
👗 Can I bring an extra outfit?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring one extra outfit for a variety of looks. If you’d like to bring more than one, let us know in advance—it may depend on the package you choose.
💄 Can I hire a makeup artist?
Yes! We collaborate with some of the best makeup artists in Havana. Let us know if you’re interested, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
📅 What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans change! Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
☀️ What happens if it rains?
No worries! If the weather isn’t great, we can reschedule or find beautiful indoor locations to continue the session.
💳 How do I pay?
You’re welcome to pay in cash on the day of the session, or if you prefer to pay online, we can send you an invoice. Just let us know what works best for you!

Of course! We love capturing special moments like birthdays, anniversaries, and surprise proposals. Let us know your plans, and we’ll help make it extra memorable!
